Dr Brittany grew up east of Cleveland, OH.  She moved to the area in 2012 after attending undergrad at the University of Findlay and veterinary school at Michigan State University.  Dr Brittany's passion lies in surgery (especially spay neuter!) and chiropractic/alternative care.  She opened the practice with the goal to bring high quality care to rural areas, and is proud of the hard work that her team puts in daily.  In her spare time, she enjoys working on her farm, spending time with her family, backpacking, camping, and kayaking.

Dr Melissa joined the practice in 2026, and focuses on medicine.  She is originally from Ohio, but has spent the last several years practicing in Idaho where she lived with her husband and children.

Nicole is a California native, but has lived in Brown County most of her life.  She joined the team in 2023 after retiring from human med, and has been invaluable in management of daily operations.  When she's not on the clock, she enjoys spending time with her husband and kids, and trying to invent new ways to get more dachshunds.

Kendra has been in the veterinary field for over a decade, and has been a valuable member of the team here since 2018.  She is passionate about rescue and spay/neuter, and often fosters medical and hard to place pets.  In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her fiancee and her three boys on their farm in Sardinia.

Emily grew up in New Richmond and has worked with Dr Erbe since 2015.  She joined the Route 50 team in 2023, and is a skilled veterinary assistant.  In her spare time, she loves to spend time with her daughter and husband, and their five dogs.

Amanda is originally from Pike County, Ohio, and is the face of the front desk. She has been part of our team since 2023. Outside of work she enjoys nature, and spending time with her family and her dobermans, Thor and Lorelei.

Claire grew up in Alabama, and joined the team in 2026.  An experienced assistant, she spent 16 years as an assistant in Utah, Colorado, Arizona, and South Carolina. Claire currently lives in Fayetteville with her husband, Matt, a US Marine stationed in Hillsboro.  She owns Valor Stables, and enjoys training and showing horses in her spare time.

Emma joined the team in 2025, and is one of the faces of the front desk.  She is a Fayetteville native, and has been a part of farming and agriculture for most of her life.  She and her fiancee, Dawson, enjoy shopping, antiquing, and selling on WhatNot.  She has two dogs at home, Dolly and Donnie.
